Global Carnage awaits: Imminent solar storm to wreak havoc on power grids and electronic equipment Last week, a weather warning was issued by experts regarding a solar storm which could hit the earth soon. Scientists believe that such an intense solar storm can wreak havoc upon power grids and electronic equipment. Tom Bogdan, an expert at the US Space Weather Prediction Centre revealed that such a gigantic solar storm could turn out to be very much devastating today when compared to the ancient days. As per experts, while modern-day humans are dependent on advanced technologies, a dangerous solar storm could disrupt their proper functioning, thus negatively impacting all the aspects of human life. Experts have classified solar storms as the biggest threat to mankind. Intense solar storms are capable of triggering blackouts and it will also disrupt the functions of satellites and air travel facilities. "Nobody's even tried to do an estimate of the worldwide cost. If there is a ma…
Child pornography reason behind Sunspot Observatory closure, according to court documents A federal search warrant reveals that Sunspot Solar Observatory was shut down as FBI agents conducted computer forensic searches for child pornography.
The source of child pornography was traced to an IP address used at the observatory and a source within the building observed a computer with "not good" images on it, the warrant states.
An investigation by the FBI revealed that a janitor is the main suspect in the search, however, he has not been charged with a crime even though his name in on the warrant. The warrant states the suspect would use the observatory Wifi and a personal laptop to download the child pornography.
A limited number of people have access to the observatory from dusk until dawn, which helped narrow their search.
The observatory in the mountains of southern New Mexico had been closed since Sept. 6 because of an undisclosed security concern but reopened on Monday.
U.S. EPA Scientist Fired For Trying To Tell The Truth About Climate Engineering And Fluoridated Water
The public has been trained and conditioned to believe that federal agencies like the EPA exist to watch over them and warn them of any potential dangers. This notion could not be further from the truth. Though there are honest and caring people within these agencies (like the scientist who has drafted the statement below), the institutions as a whole exist to hide threats from the population, not to disclose them. The majority of the public continues to convince themselves that if there was really anything they should be concerned about, someone, somewhere, in some federal public protection agency would tell them. The statement below should be a sobering wake-up call for us all. It is yet another confirmation of all that has been stated above. From global geoengineering to Fukushima, to toxic fluoridated water and lethal vaccinations, the public health and the health of our biosphere…
Cause of Burning Hole in Midway, Arkansas remains a mystery
MIDWAY, Ark. - It was an unusual call for the Midway Volunteer Fire Department.
A volleyball-sized hole was burning, with flames shooting out of it off Highway 5 South in Midway.
Fire Chief Don Tucker said, "A fire was burning roughly two feet in diameter, eight feet tall. And it burned for approximately 40 minutes."
The homeowner who lives nearby said he came outside Monday morning to flames shooting from the hole up to the man's nose on this billboard.
Now county leaders are trying to figure out how the phenomenon started.
Baxter County Judge Mickey Pendergrass said, "We don't believe that the devil showed up, or the meteorites landed, or the big booms happened."
But the burning question is what caused the hole and the flames?
Pendergrass said, "We have contacted every utility company that is in the area. And we know for a fact now that they have lost no service they have nothing there. So t…
NASA sent a balloon into space over North Pole - this is what they found
NASA recently sent a massive balloon with seven cameras directly over the North Pole to try and capture a glimpse of rare cloud formations and were treated with electric blue, wispy clouds formed by meteoric particles trapped in the upper atmosphere.
Called noctilucent clouds, or polar mesospheric clouds (PMC), these clouds are visible only in a short interval of time in the Northern Summer just after sunset, notes a report by Fortune Magazine. Tiny ice crystals formed around space dust give off a sharp blue and white look up in the outer reaches of the atmosphere, and they are, rather stunning.
Through the mission, NASA was able to shoot a staggering six million pictures using seven cameras rigged to a computer and 32 TB of onboard storage that they had on board their giant balloon, these high-resolution images offer an almost other-worldly look at this rare natural phenomenon.
Called the PMC Turbo, the balloon …
Arctic Ice Melt, The Leading Cause of Earth's Spin Axis Drift and it's Getting Worse! A typical desk globe is designed to be a geometric sphere and to rotate smoothly when you spin it. Our actual planet is far less perfect -- in both shape and in the rotation.
Earth is not a perfect sphere. When it rotates on its spin axis -- an imaginary line that passes through the North and South Poles -- it drifts and wobbles. These spin-axis movements are scientifically referred to as "polar motion." Measurements for the 20th century show that the spin axis drifted about 4 inches (10 centimeters) per year. Over the course of a century, that becomes more than 11 yards (10 meters).
Movement Near San Andreas, San Jacinto Faults Explains Unusual California Earthquakes
Geoscientists who analyzed thousands of small earthquakes that occurred near the San Bernardino basin near California’s San Andreas and San Jacinto faults discovered a strange and unexpected type of movement 10 km below the Earth’s surface.
Researchers think that the movement, known as “deep creep,” could be behind the unusual earthquake formations recorded in the region over the past 36 years. Jennifer Beyer and Michele Cooke, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, developed a 3D model based on readings from thousands of small quakes in the hope that the new model can help experts better predict when and where the next major earthquake may occur.
California is believed to be overdue for a particularly strong earthquake called the “Big One” which makes better earthquake prediction important.
Data showed that many of the earthquakes deep below have a different style of deformation not similar to…
90 Day Weather Outlook for The U.S. Warmer Than Normal as The Jet Stream Drops
Much of the country is forecast to see warmer than average temperatures in the latest 90-day forecast issued from NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center (CPC). The outlook, which covers October to December, also has the South and East seeing above average precipitation. The Northwest is expected to see drier than normal weather. NWSCPC ✔@NWSCPC
New Discoveries Clearly Show The Invasion of Our Sun by Stellar Objects Know as Planet X In August and September, I was able to capture multiple objects orbiting our Sun. We refer to these objects as Planet X or Stellar Cores. Regardless of their given names, they are interacting with our Sun and creating massive amounts of cosmic radiation as well as an extended Magnetic Field which in turn affects our Magnetosphere. During this long-term interaction with our Sun, our Sun will become weaker. This process has already begun and there is nothing that we can do about it! The effects of this have already caused our North Pole to undergo significant ice melt. Most of the ancient ice is now gone and has been flowing into our oceans disrupting the salinity and that disrupts our weather patterns, specifically our Jet Stream. The world governments are trying very hard to disguise this as Global Warming, but that is not what is happening. I urge each and every one of you to please start pay…
Major floods hit northern Ghana, killing at least 34 people and leaving 100 000 homeless At least 34 people have been killed and 2 are still missing after heavy rains combined with waters spilling from a dam in Burkina Faso flooded parts of northern Ghana this month. The floods caused widespread damage to agriculture, roads and other infrastructure and left as many as 100 000 people homeless.
According to a statement released by Ghana's National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) on September 20, at least 34 people have been killed in Upper West, Upper East, and Northern regions this month and as many as 100 000 people have been displaced.
The flooding was largely caused by overflowing White Volta River after heavy rains and water release from Bagre Dam, located on the same river across the border in Burkina Faso, some 30 km (18.6 miles) from Ghana.
NADMO said that water in the dam rose by about 80% in the month of August, as compared to 50% in August 2017.
The release of w…
