SOMETHING HAS BEGUN AT YELLOWSTONE SUPERVOLCANO July 23rd, 2018
At about 4:30 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) today, Monday, July 23, something began happening at the Yellowstone supervolcano. Seismograms in several locations around the massive volcano began registering strong and non-stop activity underground.
NOT ALL of the seismograms are reporting this, but enough of them are, over the majority area around the supervolcano, to cause scientists to begin paying extremely close attention. This is what it looks like as of 8:49 AM EDT:
The trouble is not limited to a single seismogram, it is spread over a WIDE area beneath the volcano. Here is the seismo from miles away at a place called West Thumb:
Miles farther away here is the seismo from a place called "The Promotory:"
Yellowstone is one of only 14 "Super" volcanoes on this planet, and it is the ONLY one on land; meaning not covered by the ocean.
It is two THOUSAND TIMES bigger than Mount Saint Helens which erupted in Washington state in the 1980's.
